Phillip Rubin, MD is a first year cardiac electrophysiology fellow at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He subsequently served as chief medical resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital and then Assistant Professor in the division of hospital medicine prior to undertaking his cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology fellowship.
