Dr. Gennaro Giustino is a Structural Interventional Cardiologist at the Gagnon Cardiovascular Insistute, Atlantic Health System in Morristown, New Jersey. He graduated as Valedictorian (first-ranked graduate) at the University of Rome (Italy). He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, during which he served as Chief Fellow under Dr. Valentin Fuster. Then, he completed a fellowship in Structural Heart Disease and Mechanical Cardiocirculatory Support at Henry Ford Heart and Vascular Institute under Dr. William O’Neill. He has published more than 300 peer-reviewed manuscripts and abstracts in cardiovascular medicine and has participated in the inception, design and conduction of multiple prospective studies and randomized controlled trials.
